AUXILIARY MEDICAL SERVICE ORDINANCE - SECT 8

Responsibility of Commissioner and delegation of powers

(1) The Commissioner shall be responsible for-

   (a)  the administration of the Service;

   (b)  the maintenance of discipline and efficiency of the Service;

   (c)  the supervision and control of duties performed by members; and

   (d)  such other duties or functions as the Chief Executive may order.

(2) The Commissioner may delegate an officer to exercise or discharge any of
the powers or duties vested in or imposed on the Commissioner by this
Ordinance or any other enactment.
