AUXILIARY MEDICAL SERVICE ORDINANCE - SECT 25

Return of property

(1) A member or cadet who, without reasonable excuse, fails to deliver up in
good condition (fair wear and tear excepted) any public  property or
Service property in his possession when required to do so by notice in writing
commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 2.

(2) The court may order a person convicted of an offence under subsection (1)
to pay to the Service the value of the property in respect of which he is
convicted.
