AUXILIARY MEDICAL SERVICE ORDINANCE - SECT 24
Fraudulent misapplication of property
(1) A member or cadet who fraudulently misapplies any public property or
Service property commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 2.
(2) The court may order a person convicted of an offence under subsection (1)
to pay to the Service the value of the property in respect of which he is
convicted.
