CADET CORPS

(1) The Chief Executive may raise and maintain a cadet corps to be known as
the Auxiliary Medical Service Cadet Corps, which shall consist of persons
under the age of 18 years who are enrolled in that Corps. (Amended 76 of 1999
s. 3)

(2) The cost of raising and maintaining the Cadet Corps shall be met from
moneys provided by the Legislative Council out of the general revenue.

(3) Subject to regulations, the activities, training, conditions of service
and welfare of cadets shall be determined by the Commissioner.
