AUXILIARY MEDICAL SERVICE ORDINANCE - SECT 13
Protection of members
(1) A member shall not be liable for damages for, or in consequence of, any
lawful act done, or omitted to be done, by him in good faith while he is on
duty and acting in the course of that duty.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect any civil liability of the
Government.
