ENDURING POWERS OF ATTORNEY ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Instruments which cannot be enduring powers

A power of attorney which-

   (a)  empowers the attorney to appoint another person in substitution for
        himself or as his successor; or

   (b)  empowers the attorney to delegate trusts for the purposes of
        section 27 of the Trustee Ordinance ( Cap 29), cannot be an
        enduring power.
