AVIATION SECURITY ORDINANCE - SECT 23

Functions of the Authority

(1) The function of the Authority is to develop, maintain and implement the
Programme.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Authority
shall-

   (a)  supervise compliance with the provisions of this Part; and

   (b)  advise persons affected by the implementation of the Programme.
