NON-LOCAL HIGHER AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (REGULATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 12

Conditions of registration

(1) The Registrar may, upon the issue of a certificate of registration in
respect of a course under section 10(9), impose such conditions in relation to
the operation of the course as he thinks fit.

(2) The Registrar may from time to time impose such conditions in relation to
the operation of a registered course as he thinks fit.

(3) A condition imposed under subsection (1) or (2) shall be notified in
writing to the operator of the relevant course.

(4) Where the Registrar imposes any condition under subsection (1) or (2) in
relation to a course, the operator of the course may appeal to the
Appeal Board against the imposition of such condition within 1 month after the
date of the notice given under subsection (3). (Enacted 1996)
