NON-LOCAL HIGHER AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (REGULATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 11
Appeal against Registrar's decision
Where the Registrar refuses an application for registration, the applicant may
appeal to the Appeal Board against the refusal within 1 month after the date
of the notice given under section 10(10). (Enacted 1996)
