Discrimination (interpreters, readers and assistants)

For the purposes of this Ordinance, a discriminator discriminates against
another person on the ground of that other person's disability if the

        (ii)   a reader;

        (iii)  an assistant; or

        (iv) a carer, who provides interpretive, reading or other services
               to that other person because of the disability; or

   (b) any matter related to that fact, whether or not it is the
        discriminator's practice to treat less favourably any person who is
        accompanied by such-

        (i)    an interpreter;

        (ii)   a reader;

        (iii)  an assistant; or

        (iv)   a carer. (Enacted 1995)
