MANDATORY PROVIDENT FUND SCHEMES ORDINANCE - SECT 21B

Register of schemes to be kept

(1) The Authority must establish and maintain a register of schemes registered
under sections 21 and 21A. The register may be in such form, and contain such
information, as the Authority may determine.

(2) The register is to be kept at the head office of the Authority in Hong
Kong.

(3) Members of the public are entitled, without charge, to inspect the
register during the ordinary business hours of the Authority. (Added 4 of 1998
