SEX DISCRIMINATION ORDINANCE - SECT 32
Exceptions from section 28(1) for health and safety considerations
Section 28(1) shall not be construed as rendering unlawful discrimination
falling within section 8 if the discrimination is imposed in order to comply
with health and safety considerations which are reasonable in the
circumstances. (Enacted 1995)
