LAND SURVEY ORDINANCE - SECT 9

Proceedings of the Committee

(1) Subject to this Ordinance, the Committee may regulate its own procedure.

(2) The quorum at a meeting of the Committee is the chairman and 3 other
members.

(3) Questions shall be decided by a majority of votes of the chairman of the
Committee and the members of the Committee present and, in case of an equality
of votes, the chairman has a casting vote. (Enacted 1995)
