(1) The Chief Executive in Council may make regulations to provide for the
fees and charges payable under this Ordinance. (Amended 62 of 2000 s. 3)

(2) The Secretary may make regulations to provide for all or any of the
following matters-

   (a)  the conduct of inquiries by a Disciplinary Board of alleged
        disciplinary offences and other matters relating to the investigation
        of alleged disciplinary offences;

   (b)  matters relating to the direction of authorized land surveyors;

   (c)  any matter, other than fees and charges, which may be prescribed under
        this Ordinance. (Enacted 1995)
