LAND SURVEY ORDINANCE - SECT 17

Acceptance or refusal of registration, renewal and reinstatement

(1) The Committee may accept or reject an application for registration,
renewal of registration or reinstatement of name in the register and shall
inform the applicant of its decision within 30 days of making the decision.

(2) Where the Committee rejects an application for registration, renewal of
registration or reinstatement of name in the register, it shall give reasons
for the rejection.

(3) Where the Committee accepts an application for registration, it shall
direct the Registrar to enter the name of the applicant in the register.
