LAND SURVEY ORDINANCE - SECT 11

Form of register

(1) The Registrar shall, in accordance with the directions of the Committee,
keep the register in which he shall enter in respect of each
authorized land surveyor-

   (a)  the name and address of the authorized land surveyor;

   (b)  the qualification and experience on which his registration is based;
        and

   (c)  any other details that the Committee may direct.

(2) The register shall be available to any person for inspection free of
charge at the office of the Lands Department at such reasonable times as the
Committee may direct.

(3) An authorized land surveyor shall within 28 days notify the Registrar of
any change in his particulars prescribed in subsection (1).

(4) The Committee shall not charge a fee to amend the register.

(5) The Authority shall publish in the Gazette-

   (a)  annually the names of the persons included in the register; and

   (b)  from time to time the additions and removals of the names of persons
        to and from the register. (Enacted 1995)
