OCCUPATIONAL DEAFNESS (COMPENSATION) ORDINANCE - SECT 39
Amendment of Schedules
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) The Chief Executive in Council may, by notice in the Gazette, amend
Schedules 1, 2 and 3.
(2) The Legislative Council may, by resolution, amend Schedules 4, 5 and 7.
(3) The Secretary may, by notice in the Gazette, amend Schedule 6. (Added 16
of 2003 s. 19) (Enacted 1995. Amended 16 of 2003 s. 19)
