SECURITY AND GUARDING SERVICES ORDINANCE - SECT 3

Application

(1) Part II does not apply to any member of a class of persons specified in
Schedule 1 when acting in his capacity as such member.

(2) In relation to any person in respect of whom an exemption has been granted
under section 8, this Ordinance applies subject to the terms of that
exemption. (Enacted 1994)
