BEDSPACE APARTMENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 24

Execution of ancillary works

Where any works (in this section referred to as "the principal works") are
executed or caused to be executed by the Authority under section 22 or
23(6)(b), the Authority may also execute or cause to be executed such other
works as he considers necessary for the carrying out of the  principal works
and may recover the cost of such other works from the holder of the
certificate of exemption or (as the case may be) the licensee of the
bedspace apartment in respect of which such cost was incurred. (Enacted 1994)
