BEDSPACE APARTMENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 14

Variation of conditions of licence

Subject to sections 16 and 26(2), the Authority may, at any time by notice in
writing served on a licensee, revoke, vary or add to the conditions imposed by
the Authority under section 12(2)(a) or 13(3)(a) in such manner as he
considers necessary or expedient for the better regulation, supervision and
control of the licensed bedspace apartment. (Enacted 1994)
