BEDSPACE APARTMENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 10

Revocation of certificate of exemption

Subject to sections 16 and 26(2) the Authority may revoke a certificate of 
exemption by notice in writing served on the holder thereof and stating the
ground for the revocation-

   (a)  if a direction given in a notice served by the Authority under
        section 21(1) has not been complied with in whole or in part within
        the period of time specified in the notice;

   (b)  if it appears to the Authority that the bedspace apartment has ceased
        operation; or

   (c)  if it appears to the Authority that the holder of the
        certificate of exemption has ceased to operate, keep, manage or
        otherwise control, by himself or by another on his behalf, the
        bedspace apartment. (Enacted 1994)
