LAND DRAINAGE ORDINANCE - SECT 46
Offences
(1) Any person who wilfully obstructs any person lawfully exercising or
performing any power, duty or function arising under this Ordinance commits an
offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $50000.
(2) Any person who contravenes section 18(10) or 19(4) commits an offence and
is liable to a fine not exceeding $25000.
(3) Any person who contravenes section 26(1) or 27(1) or (2) commits an
offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $50000. (Enacted 1994)
