LAND DRAINAGE ORDINANCE - SECT 33

Appeal to Court of First Instance on point of law

(1) A decision of the Board on an appeal under section 28 shall be final:
Provided that any person aggrieved by the decision as being erroneous in point
of law may appeal to the Court of First Instance, and upon any such appeal the
Court of First Instance may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the
Board.

(2) Notice of any such appeal shall be given within one month after
notification of the decision of the Board.

(3) Save as otherwise provided in this Ordinance, the practice and procedure
in relation to any such appeal shall be subject to any rules of court.

(4) The decision of the Court of First Instance shall be final. (Enacted 1994.
