THE CHANCELLOR AND THE COUNCIL (Amended 23 of 2002 s. 45)

(1) There shall be a Chancellor of the Institute who shall be the head of the
Institute.

(2) The Chief Executive shall be the Chancellor of the Institute. (Amended 53
