Establishment and objects of the Institute

PART II

THE HONG KONG INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION

(1) There is established an institute to be known as The Hong Kong 
Institute of Education which shall be a body corporate with power in that name
to sue and be sued.

(2) The objects of the Institute are to provide teacher education and
facilities for research into and the development of education. (Enacted 1994)
