Estimates and financial year

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 53 of 2000 s. 3
(1) (Repealed 65 of 1996 s. 7)
(2) The Council may, from time to time, with the prior approval of the Chief
Executive, fix a period to be the financial year of the Institute. (Amended 53
of 2000 s. 3) (Enacted 1994)
