Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 53 of 2000 s. 3

(1) The Council shall, not later than 6 months after the end of each
financial year or by such later date as the Chief Executive may determine,
submit to the Chief Executive a report on the activities of the Institute and
copies of the statements prepared under section 14(2) and of the report made
under section 15(2). (Amended 53 of 2000 s. 3)
