PART VI

ACCOUNTS AND REPORTS

(1) The Council shall keep proper accounts and records of the financial
transactions of the Institute.

(2) As soon as is practicable after the end of each financial year, the
Council shall cause to be prepared statements of the income and expenditure of
the Institute during that financial year and of the assets and liabilities of
the Institute on the last day of that financial year. (Enacted 1994)
