THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL COMMISSION ORDINANCE - SECT 9

Functions of the Commission

The functions of the Commission shall be-

   (a)  to provide through the Secretariat administrative support and services
        to the Council;

   (b)  to provide office accommodation to the members of the Council and
        staff of the Secretariat;

   (c)  to supervise the operation of the Secretariat;

   (d)  to produce an official report of all proceedings in the Council and in
        any committee of the whole Council; and

   (e)  to perform such other duties as the Council may by resolution
        determine. (Enacted 1994)
