THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL COMMISSION ORDINANCE - SECT 8

Regulation of procedure

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) The Council may, in such manner as it sees fit, make rules of procedure to
regulate the conduct of the business and procedure of the Commission.

(2) Subject to this Ordinance and any direction given under section  17 (2)
and any rules of procedure made under subsection (1), the Commission may
determine and regulate its own procedure. (Enacted 1994. Amended 115 of 1997
