THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL COMMISSION ORDINANCE - SECT 8

Regulation of procedure

(1) The Council may, in such manner as it sees fit, make standing orders to
regulate the conduct of the business and procedure of the Commission.

(2) Subject to this Ordinance and any direction given under section  17 (2)
and any standing order made under subsection (1), the Commission may determine
and regulate its own procedure. (Enacted 1994)
