Establishment of the Commission

PART II

THE COMMISSION

(1) There is hereby established a body corporate to be known as The
Legislative Council Commission which may sue and be sued in that name.
(Amended 115 of 1997 s. 4)

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), after the commencement of the 
amending Ordinance, the body corporate established under that subsection-

   (a)  shall be known as "立法會行政管理委員會" in Chinese; and

   (b)  may also be known, during the existence of the Provisional
Legislative Council, as "The Provisional Legislative Council Commission".
