PART III

APPEALS TO THE BOARD

Any person aggrieved by a decision made in respect of him who wishes to appeal
to the Board shall lodge with the Secretary a notice of appeal in such form
and manner as the Chairman may determine-

   (a)  in the case where a period within which an appeal may be made is
        prescribed by or by virtue of any Ordinance, within that period;

   (b)  in the case where no such period is prescribed, within 28 days after
        receiving notice of the decision. (Enacted 1994)
