ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD ORDINANCE - SECT 3

Application

This Ordinance applies to-

   (a)  the Ordinances mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule in relation to
        any decision of the description mentioned in column 3; and

   (b)  any other decision in respect of which an appeal lies to the Board.
