Transfer of functions

Amendments retroactively made - see 29 of 1998 s. 105 With effect from the
date of commencement of this section, the Director of Lands may exercise a
function or power under a Government lease or other instrument or contract
affecting land that the Registrar General, the Registrar General (Land
Officer) or the Land Officer is empowered to exercise. (Enacted 1993. Amended
