Amendment of references to Registrar General

(12) of that Resolution. References to Registrar General

The Secretary for Development may, by notice (which may be given retrospective
effect) in the Gazette, repeal a reference to- (Amended L.N. 330 of 1999; L.N.
106 of 2002; L.N. 130 of 2007)

        (a)	"Registrar General", "Registrar General (Land Officer)" or 


"Land Officer" and substitute the reference by a reference to the appropriate
public officer; and

        (b)	"Land Office" and substitute "Land Registry".
