WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ORDINANCE - SECT 5

Effect of franchise

Section 4 shall be construed as conferring on the Company any wayleave or
other right necessary for the purposes of the franchise, but subject to the
foregoing, this Ordinance or the granting of the franchise shall not be
construed as conferring on the Company any title, right or interest to the
land on which the construction works are, or are to be, constructed or the
land comprised in the tunnel area. (Enacted 1993)
