WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ORDINANCE - SECT 39

Advisers and consultants

(1) The Committee may engage such advisers or consultants as it considers
necessary or expedient for any purpose connected with or arising from the
administration of the Fund.

(2) Any fees due to a person engaged under subsection (1) may be paid by the
Committee out of the moneys of the Fund. (Enacted 1993)
