WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Commissioner may enter tunnel

(1) The Commissioner may, without payment of tolls or other charges to the
Company, enter the tunnel area at any time after the operating date to
ascertain whether the Company is-

   (a)  providing adequate, safe and efficient facilities for the passage of
        motor vehicles and the occupants of such vehicles through the tunnel
        and the control and safety of traffic in the tunnel area; or

   (b)  complying with the provisions of this Ordinance.

(2) The Company shall afford the Commissioner such access and facilities as he
may require for the purposes of subsection (1).

(3) In subsection (1)(b), "Ordinance" (條例) does not include Part VI.
