WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ORDINANCE - SECT 21

Information to be supplied by the Company to the Director

For the purpose of enabling the Director to ascertain whether any arrangements
have been made or are proposed to be made by the Company for the discharge of
its obligations under Part V or this Part, the Company shall, if required by
the Director, supply to him as soon as reasonably practicable, such
information as he may require as to any matter relevant to such arrangements.
