WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ORDINANCE - SECT 17

Repair of Western Harbour Crossing

(1) The Company shall, during the period beginning on the operating  date and
ending on the expiry of the franchise period-

   (a)  maintain the Western Harbour Crossing; and

   (b)  keep it in a state of repair, to the satisfaction of the Director.

(2) The Director may, by notice in writing, require the Company to effect such
maintenance works, repairs and alterations, to any structure or works
comprised in the Western Harbour Crossing, as he considers necessary for the
proper repair and maintenance thereof and for the obviation of any fire or
other hazards therein. (Enacted 1993)
