WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ORDINANCE - SECT 15

Buildings Ordinance not to apply

For the saving and transitional provisions relating to the amendments made by
the Resolution of the Legislative Council (L.N. 130 of 2007), see paragraph
(12) of that Resolution.

(1) Subject to subsection (2) the Buildings Ordinance ( Cap 123) shall not
apply in relation to the construction works.

(2) The Secretary for Development may, by notice in the Gazette, apply the
Buildings Ordinance ( Cap 123), or any provision thereof, to any of the
construction works, except to works which are civil engineering works.
