Construction works to be carried out at the expense of the Company

PART V

CONSTRUCTION OF THE WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING

The Company shall, at its own expense, design, construct and complete the
construction works in accordance with this Ordinance and the project 
agreement. (Enacted 1993)
