PART II

CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS AND LUGGAGE BY SEA

(1) Subject to this Part, the provisions of the Athens Convention relating to
the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea, 1974 set
out in Schedule 1 (in this Part and in that Schedule referred to as "the
Convention" (公約)) have the force of law in Hong Kong. (Amended 1 of 2005
s. 3)

(2) Notwithstanding paragraph 1 of Article 2 of the Convention, and subject to
this Part, the Convention applies to regional carriage. (Added 1 of 2005 s. 3)
