JUDICIAL OFFICERS (TENURE OF OFFICE) ORDINANCE - SECT 10
Application of Ordinance to officers employed on agreement terms
After 3 years of employment as an officer employed on agreement terms, an
officer may only be dismissed from office during the term of an agreement in
accordance with this Ordinance. (Enacted 1993)
