TRADING FUNDS ORDINANCE - SECT 12
Closing of trading fund
(1) The Legislative Council may, on the recommendation of the Financial
Secretary, resolve to close a trading fund.
(2) The Financial Secretary shall set out the arrangements to be made for the
closure of the trading fund in the proposed resolution. (Enacted 1993)
