TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE - SECT 19B
Registration of joint proprietors
Caution: This is a past version. See the current version here.
Subject to sections 19 and 19A, nothing in this Ordinance shall authorize the
registration of 2 or more persons who use a trade mark independently, or
propose so to use it, as joint proprietors of the trade mark. (Added 44 of
1991 s. 12)
