Transfer of proceedings to the High Court

PART VII

MISCELLANEOUS

Where an application under section 6 or 12 is made to the District Court, the
District Court-

   (a)  may, if it considers that the case is one which for any reason ought
        to be dealt with by the High Court; or

   (b)  shall, if so ordered by the High Court, transfer the matter to the
        High Court. (Enacted 1993)
