OCCUPATIONAL RETIREMENT SCHEMES ORDINANCE - SECT 21A
Notice required
(1) The relevant employer concerned shall notify the Registrar of a change of
the relevant employer of a registered scheme together with the matters
prescribed in rules made by the Registrar within 1 month of the change.
(2) The relevant employer of a registered scheme shall give notice of the
matters prescribed in rules made by the Registrar within 1 month after the
change to the name of the scheme.
(3) The relevant employer of a registered scheme who without reasonable cause
fails to notify the Registrar of a change as required under subsection (1)
commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 3.
(4) A relevant employer of a registered scheme who without reasonable cause
fails to give the Registrar notice of the prescribed matters within the
prescribed time of a change to the name of the scheme under subsection (2)
commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 1.
