LORD WILSON HERITAGE TRUST ORDINANCE - SECT 14

Exemption from liability

(1) No member of the Board of Trustees or of the Council shall be liable for
the consequences of any act or omission of a person or body employed under
this Ordinance in good faith.

(2) No member of the Board of Trustees or of the Council, nor any person
acting in accordance with the directions of the Board of Trustees or of the
Council, shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any act done or
omission made in carrying out their respective functions under this Ordinance,
unless such act or omission was fraudulent, reckless or criminal or otherwise
not in good faith. (Enacted 1992)
